Entsprechend der Produktnorm EN 14509 und der Testing Rules for Panels der PPA-Europe - prüfen wir komplette Sandwichelemente oder einzelne Komponenten der Paneele wie Deckschicht, Befestigungssystem oder Kernwerkstoffe (Kunststoff-Hartschaumstoff oder Mineralwolle).

Für die quasistatische und auch dynamische Bauteilprüfung an Sandwichelementen haben wir einen Prüfstand entwickelt, der Sandwichelemente mit einer Länge von maximal 8 Metern und mehr als 2 Metern Breite bis zum kompletten Versagen prüft. Neben der standardisierten Einfeldträgerprüfung können auch kundenspezifische Mehrfeldträgersysteme geprüft werden. Die Prüfung der Bauteile hinsichtlich der Beanspruchung durch Winddruck und Windsog wird durch die Schraubenauszugsprüfung von verdeckten Befestigungssystemen ergänzt.

Aufgrund ihrer guten bauphysikalischen Eigenschaften werden Sandwichelemente häufig als Dach- und Fassadenbekleidung von Industrie- und Gewerbebauten eingesetzt.

In accordance with the product standard EN 14509 and the Testing Rules for Panels of PPA-Europe - we test complete sandwich elements or individual components of the panels such as the face layer, fastening system or core materials (rigid plastic foam or mineral wool).

For quasi-static and also dynamic component testing on sandwich elements, we have developed a test bench that tests sandwich elements with a maximum length of 8 metres and a width of more than 2 metres until complete failure. In addition to the standardised single-span girder test, customer-specific multi-span girder systems can also be tested. The testing of the components with regard to the stress caused by wind pressure and wind suction is supplemented by the screw pull-out test of concealed fastening systems.

Because of their good structural-physical properties, sandwich elements are often used as roof and facade cladding for industrial and commercial buildings.
