The most delicious meat roll with mushrooms 😍 my husband's favorite recipe!
𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
800g of ground meat
3 champignons
200g of cheese
3 eggs
300ml of milk
100g of spinach
6 garlic cloves
30g of breadcrumbs
300g of flour
Oil
Salt
Peper
00:00 Ingredients
00:10 Prepare the champignons
00:20 Chop into fine pieces
00:26 Peel the garlic
00:36 Mix meat, 1 egg, breadcrumbs and garlic
00:50 Add salt and pepper
01:04 Cook the champignons ~10 minutes
01:38 Spread the mix onto the foil
01:58 Add cheese
02:14 Add champignons
02:24 Add spinach
02:34 Roll it nicely :)
02:37 Into freezer for 2hr
02:46 Cut into nice slices
03:01 Mix 2 eggs and milk
03:19 Add flower, mix
03:31 Soak the slices in the batter, then place them in a preheated pan
03:54 Fry for ~10 minutes
04:06 Flip and fry for another ~10 minutes
04:24 Done!
