Rice chakri recipe :-

1 cup rice flour.
¼ cup sesame seed.
3 spicy green chilli.
½ tbsp.turmeric powder.
As per taste salt.
½ cup butter milk.(chhash).

Process:-

Take A Cloth Add 1 Cup Rice Flours(Chawal Ka Atta). Tie The Knot. Take A Steam Cooker & Start The Flame Add Water In Steam Cooker Put On Rice Flours. Cover The Pan 20 Min. After 20 Min. Open The Cover. Cool Down 20 Min. Take A Mixer Jar Add CooK Rice Flours & 1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds. 3 Spicy Green Hilli & 1/2 Tbsp Turmeric Powder, as per taste salt. Grind The Mixer. Take A 1/2 Cup Butter Milk (chhash) & Bind The Dough. Prepare Soft Dough. Take A Chakri Machine , Take A Star Jali. Spread The Oil In Machine. Add Chakri Dough In Machine. Make A Chakri. Raw Chakri Is A ready. Start Flame & Take A Fry Pan. Oil Is Heat Add Raw Chakri. Fry The Chakari Medium to high Flame. Colour Change To Chakri Is A Ready. Crispy Chakri Is A Ready.
