I know that’s not the answer you wanted to hear. But the good news is , we are not in a housing market crash! Colorado housing market is still going strong but it doesn’t make sense for everybody to buy right now. In this video I also go over who should be buying in Colorado in 2022.

A couple different groups of people should definitely be thinking about buying in this Colorado housing market. Number 1 being first time homebuyers. Number 2, contingent buyers and sellers. Last but not least number 3, anyone looking to move that has the budget to do so.

Unfortunately, I don’t have a crystal ball, but ultimately you have to decide is it in the budget. Can I afford the monthly payment? And is it worth paying a little extra a month until I can refinance and lower my payment?
