In this Video, I show how to obtain the News Chopper in the beginning of the game.
To obtain this vehicle, you need to fly to San Fierro and crash land at the Naval Base Ship in Garcia. Then wait for the News Chopper to fly low and get close to you so can jack it and fly it back to Los Santos. then loose the wanted level and store it in Santa Maria Beach safehouse.
Getting this helicopter this way allows you to convert it into EP/FP, thus making it special. Same reason for the Police Maverick.
For some odd reason, this helicopter as well the Police Maverick will not appear if you reloaded while in the process of obtaining them. If you fail to obtain them, you must restart the game.
