Rheem Tankless Water Heater Mixing Valve Replacement. Dad Jobs shows you how to do a Do It Yourself repair of the mixing valve piece in your tankless water heater. Very similar in Navien and other branded water heaters. This is one very common fix for when your heater gives you an Error Code 45 which in the manual states is an internal leak. If you've found water inside your water heater, generally found on the bottom by the sensor, then this could help you fix the leak and the error code.
