A fragrant winter vegetable stew with white beans. Turkey has always been at the intersection between the East and West and had access to the goods of both worlds. This dish is fragrant, warm, and full of flavour. A wonderful dish resulting from the mixing of civilizations.
Turlu
500-600g celery root
400g potatoes
300g carrots
1 medium onion sliced
2-4 cloves of garlic
500ml tomato sauce (homemade)
300-400g cooked navy beans
Turkish spice blend
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp dill seed
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp black pepper
1-3 tsp paprika
