This World (Bart Torgal Log #1) (Subnautica Cinematic)

Описание: Despite how much time I have, I love to video edit. My most recent obsession has been creating Cinematics off of what I can find in Subnautica. However, there are a few Cinematics out there and they all do basically the same thing. I wanted to do something different, something with more story. So I thought, why not make videos based off the Degasi logs?

Production wise this video is a step up from my previous Cinematic. I used a gamepad to capture footage instead of the old keyboard and mouse setup I was using before. This gave me a lot more minute control over the camera and allowed for more subtlety in my camera movements. It makes quite a big difference.

The other big improvement that was made was the addition of post-effects directly into Subnautica. Thanks to this Reddit post (  / this_game_is_incredible_with_reshade  . Funnily enough, the "eye candy" update was released shortly after I finished recording all of these clips.

Between college and work I hope to do more of these. It won't be easy (finding the time anyway, making these I find to be quite simple), but it could potentially be worth it. Perhaps I'm a bit selfish but it would be cool to be known as the "Subnautica Movie Maker," or something of the sort.
