Data from the Annual Homelessness Assessment Report shows that there were nearly 400 homeless veterans in the state in 2024. This year will be the seventh year the group is putting on “Operation Homeless Veterans.” Over the past six years, the group has raised over $380,000 with Operation Homeless Veterans. The goal is to experience what a homeless veteran may go through this time of year, while raising money to help.
