📝 *INGREDIENTS LIST (for quick reference):
For the Secret Masala Preparation:*
Coriander: 1 tbsp
Black pepper: 1 tsp
Cumin/zera: 1 tsp
Now dry roast on low flame, make it in powder form
For Chicken & Marination:
Chicken: 750 grams
Yogurt/dahi: 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Mix spice: 2 & 1/2 tsp
Let the chicken marinate for 15 minutes.!
For Gravy Base (Making Onion Paste)
Oil: 3/4 cup
Onion sliced: 2 large size
Fresh chilies: 1-2
Wait until it's completely cool. Next, blend it with a bit of water to make a paste.
For the MAKHMALI (Velvety) Finalizing:
Bay leaf/tezpatta: 1-2
Cloves/loung: 4-5
Black pepper: 2-3
Cinnamon/darchini: 1(small)
Fry it on medium high flame.!
Add onion paste.!
Now cook it on high flame.!
Pour the rest of the spiced yogurt marinade mixture into the pot.!
Add the yogurt over low flame.!
Cover it & cook it for 12-14 min on medium low flame!
Garam masala powder: 1 tsp
Fenugreek/methi: 1 tbsp (roasted)
Hot water: 1 glass
Cover it & cook it for 3-4 min on low flame!
Fresh coriander(chopped) & green chilies.!
