What we know about ex NFL player, Darron Lee, arrested for the alleged murder of his girlfriend

Описание: As a judge denied bond for Darron Lee in Hamilton County on Wednesday, new details emerged about his past legal troubles and a pending probation in two states.
A Tennessee Department of Corrections and Parole officer testified that Lee was on probation for an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon conviction in Florida at the time he moved to Tennessee. She said Lee did not obtain approval from his probation office before relocating, violating the terms of his supervision.

Hamilton County District Attorney Coty Wamp told the court that Lee’s criminal history weighed heavily against granting bond.
“This case is extremely unique when it comes to all the bond factors,” Wamp said.
Wamp outlined Lee’s prior felony convictions in Florida and Ohio and said he was required to complete anger management classes as part of his probation.
She noted that if Lee had completed those classes, his probation would have ended three days after the death of Gabriella Carvalho Perpétuo.
Not only is he a danger to this community," Wamp said. "He's a danger to communities in Ohio and Florida. I would argue based on his convictions, he's a danger to women.
Online court records now show that Alachua County, Florida just requested a warrant for a probation violation tied to that case. Wamp told us in a statement that the Hamilton County charges will proceed first, and any probation violation would be addressed by Florida authorities afterward.
