In an effort to reduce pollution and curb greenhouse gas emissions, last week the governor of California signed into law what some may call the most aggressive clear air policy in the nation. The executive order bans the sale of all new gas-powered cars and trucks by the year 2035. The state will allow these cars to be owned and sold on the used-car market.
