Описание: In this video, you will learn how to make the keto crackers that burn fat. Learn the secret ingredient that turns these low carb crackers into a fat burner. These crispy keto crackers will please the entire family.

These easy keto crackers take less than 30 minutes to prepare. My video gives you the step-by-step guide on preparing this keto crackers recipe using almond flour. The recipe is complete by cooking our keto crackers in the oven.

While these crunch keto crackers are perfect for those with diabetes, these gluten free crackers are wonderful for those with a gluten allergy. My low carb crackers can be used as a snack or an addition to our lunch box. Honestly, these cheese keto crackers are perfect for an anytime snack. And yes, these are a perfect crunchy keto cracker.

How to make low carb crackers? It is time to watch my video!

Keto Crackers Recipe
1 cup almond flour
4 ounces of goat cheese
¼-½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp water

Preheat the oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until the ingredients make a dough like mixture.
Spread dough on parchment paper (using a spatula).
Layer with parchment paper and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Remove. Using a pizza cutter, cut dough into triangles.
Transfer triangles to pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.

Carbs: 3.2g
Fiber: 1.5g
