Hey guys,
it´s time for the next aviation video. This time showing some very spectacular and unique footage of a Boeing 747 blowing a tire during take off roll at high speed after V1 and close to VR! The video shows a close up while lining up Runway 25L as well as an amazing slow motion of the sequence when the tire exploded.
Aircraft is a Boeing 747-400 Freighter operated by China Cargo Airlines, registered B-2426, on the way eastbound from Frankfurt to Shanghai. The crew decided to continue the flight and arrived save at Shanghai some 10 hours later.
