Even though we lost Ellsworth Wareham in late 2018, there's still much he can teach us.
He lived to see 104 and also followed a plant-based lifestyle for nearly HALF of his life. But most importantly, Ellsworth was a heart surgeon who retired only within the past 10 years of his life. He knew firsthand not only what CAUSED heart disease but also how to both PREVENT and REVERSE it with a whole food, plant-based diet.
