Here is the detailed recipe of Crispy Peas Triangle
RECIPE
1. In a bowl take 2 boiled gratted potatoes. Add 1 tbsp of chili flakes,1 tbsp of oregano, 1 tbsp kashmiri red mirch,half tbsp salt, half tbsp garam masala.
2. Add half bowl grated matar, 2 tbsp corn flour and bowl bread crumbs.
3. Mix all together and make a dough.
4. Apply oil on palm and spread the dough on platform to cut into triangles as shown.
5. Fry in medium hot flame.
6. Your crunchy triangles are ready. Enjoy
