Starting my channel up today with a cozy soup recipe. Hope you give it a try and thank you for watching! 😄
Recipe:
Bacon of your choosing (sliced into ½ in. pieces)
2 Tbsp butter
1 Onion, finely chopped
2 Celery Stalks, finely chopped
1 green onion
4 Cups chicken stock
1 Cup of milk of your choice (I used 2%)
1 Cup heavy cream
21oz (Peeled) Idaho Potatoes
1 Tsp paprika
1 Tsp chicken bouillon
1 Cup cheddar cheese + 1 cup cheddar cheese for topping

**Side Note:
I apologize for the quality of the video. I recorded in 4k, however, once I finished editing the footage / rendering, I noticed the quality of the video came out a little underwhelming due to my own error. This is 100% a mistake on my end and I am currently working on improving my editing / filming / and lighting skills 😁
