Описание: Instead of taken my usual photos of Downtown Port Arthur, I decided to create a video instead. It showcases some of the beauty and character this part of town has to offer. It also shows just how empty the streets are at the moment with everything that is going. Although, I just heard that the city gave the go ahead to shut down part of Red River Road to just allow foot traffic and more patio space .... so that is fantastic news.
