There are dozens of ways to strengthen both your physical health and your mental health while you're in university. At RMIT Vietnam, you can get exercise by joining a fitness class, visiting the Fitness Centre, or joining an athletic student club! You can receive medical treatment, information or advice by visiting the Health Centre and speaking with a medical professional. You can also take care of your emotional wellbeing by speaking with a counsellor or a member of the Safer Community team. Finally, if a disability, learning difference, medical issue or mental health condition is presenting challenges in your studies, you can visit the Equitable Learning Service. They can help make adjustments to make your learning experience accessible and equitable.
