Oven-Baked Potato Wedges Recipe
Ingredients:
4 large potatoes (cut into wedges)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp dried thyme or rosemary (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Potato Wedges:
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, then slice them into wedges.
In a large bowl, combine the wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme (if using), salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat evenly.
Bake:
Spread the wedges on the baking sheet in a single layer to ensure even cooking.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wedges are golden brown and crispy on the edges.
Garnish and Serve:
Once out of the oven, sprinkle chopped parsley on top for freshness and extra flavor.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup, sour cream, or garlic mayo.
