Welcome back to Part 8 of the Porsche 944 restoration project! 🔧
In this episode, we shift our focus to the rear end of the car. We tear into the rear brakes and calipers, fully disassembling everything to assess wear, clean things up, and prep for rebuilding. As expected with a car this age, there were a few surprises along the way.
We also replace the rear lower control arms, knocking out another major suspension item and getting the chassis one step closer to being solid, safe, and road-ready.
With the suspension and braking system slowly coming back to life, this 944 is finally starting to feel like a real car again.
