This recipe makes about ⅓ cup (roughly 5–6 tablespoons) of seasoning, enough to season multiple meals. perfect for chili, tacos, roasted vegetables, beans, grilled meats, or even fries. You can easily adjust the heat by increasing or reducing the cayenne, or tweak the salt to suit your taste. Once mixed, store it in a tight-fitting glass jar in a cool, dry place, where it will stay fresh and flavorful for up to 6 months.

2 tbsp Chili Powder
1½ tbsp Ground Cumin
1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
2 tsp Sweet Paprika
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Onion Powder
1½ tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Ground Coriander
1 tsp Ancho Chili Powder
¾ tsp Ground Black Pepper
¾ tsp Salt
½ tsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
¼–½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
