Ingredients
Gram dal - 150 g
Onion - 1
Red chilli - 3
Green chilli - 1
Garlic - 5 pods
Fennel seeds - 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt
How to make
Add 150 gram of Gram dal, 1/4 tsp of fennel seeds, 3 Red chilli and add 3 glass of water
soak for 2 hrs
After 2 hrs, Drain the water
Add 5 pods of garlic in the mixture
Add the mixture in jar without water
Half grain without water
Transfer the mixture in another bowl
Add 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped green chilli, curry and coriander leaves, Add some asafoetida and add salt for taste
mix well
Heat the pan and add oil
Add the vada mixture in oil and fry in medium flame on both sides until golden brown colour
Ready to serve
crispy and tasty masala vada
Grind without water
Add chopped onions
Add chopped green chilli
Add curry leaves and coriander leaves
Add asafoetida and salt
Mix well
Heat the oil
Add the mixture
Fry on both side's in medium flame
