We love cheese, I guess most people do (sorry for those of you who are lactose intolerant), some times those cravings are so strong that you can't stop thinking about it.
These easy and simple Deep fried mozzarella sticks is one of our go-to recipes. Make a double recipe and freeze it. Deep fried 1-2 sticks when the cravings are too strong. Thats what we do anyways, It also saves us a lot of time as they need time to freeze solid even though the recipe is really easy.

All the melted cheese gooey -ness and stretch . Even picturing it makes our mouth water.

You can dip it in marinara sauce or ranch or whatever you'd like, we like ketchup and bbq sauce. This is a great party food for large groups as it is easy to prep and takes very little effort to be a crowd pleaser as cheese are so widely loved. But please do not hold any gatherings during these tough times amidst the 'rona. Stick to feeding you and your immediate bubble for now. #stayhealthy #practicegoodhygiene
