COVID-19 circuit breaker: Direct School Admission applications to open on May 12

Описание: Students can start applying to secondary schools and junior colleges based on their talents in areas like sports or the arts from May 12 under the Direct School Admission (DSA) exercise. They will be going through selection processes online due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Education Ministry said no physical trials or face-to-face interviews will be held. Instead, all interviews for shortlisted candidates will be done virtually, such as by using video-conferencing tools. 146 secondary schools and 20 junior colleges are participating in the DSA exercise.
