Hey guys, we got an awesome video today since we're making some awesome Japanese food. Katsu Sandwiches are typically made with pork and have around 32g of fat per serving. In this recipe, we use chicken breast and drop the fat macros to only 6.6g of fat. This is a healthier alternative to one of the most popular dishes you can find in Japan and it's overall a great meal to eat when trying to stay healthy.
