A debate is raging online over some people who think that hot dogs should be cooked directly on the grill, still in their plastic packaging. Some say this keeps the flavor and juices locked in, others are concerned at the very obvious impact of melting plastic into our food. While most people agree it's insane, some ask.. Is it real? Are people this dumb? Or is it a rage bait trend made to get people talking? KTLA's Andy Riesmeyer reports.
