Описание: Join us for this 90-minute virtual training with Peter Bragge, Director of Monash Sustainable Development Institute's Evidence Review Service, and Cristin Mansilla, Senior Researcher at the McMaster Health Forum. This session will present a practical overview of how to harness research evidence reviews to support policymaking. Participants will learn how to get a question right, and how policymakers can use a freely accessible tool to navigate and prioritize knowledge needs. You will learn about finding research, including approaches to rapid evidence reviews, with practical tips on how to access credible knowledge sources and databases. Finally, you will learn how to make sense of research, by learning principles of research appraisal, including basic criteria that can be applied to evaluate research quality.
