Supta baddha konasana (literally "reclining bound angle") is a restorative asana that is going to demand (and increase) flexibility in inner thighs and groin. It's associated with svadisthana (the sacral chakra) and hence is associated also with creativity and determination. It's also said it stimulates focus and productivity and increases inner acceptance.
In any case, it can be a very relaxing, meditative pose. If you feel your legs don't open enough, you can always use blocks or any props to rest your knees. Just use whatever you want to be able to relax in the pose and stay there for a few minutes.
Amongst the benefits of this reclining pose, you have:
Activates ovaries, bladder and kidneys
Reduces fatigue, stress, mild depression, PMS and menopause symptoms
