VARKALA
A convergence of the sea, lake, and the backwater, this secluded, picturesque spot is worth the visit. There is a single road which divides backwater and sea so it's mesmerizing to view. The Varkala beach is one of the most spectacular must-visit beaches in India. Beyond Kerala's Greenery, here you can enjoy the pristine blue sea which is beautiful, calm, and natural in our state. The main attraction of this place is that you could see a rare combination of beach & long cliff with lots of small shops & restaurants. And you would feel like being in Goa.

#VarkalaBeach has a perfect view of healing energy with its magnificent beauty. #KappilBeach has its magnificent beauty of nature, rocks aside cool water kissing the shore. A lovely place where a salty breeze touches your skin gives you total healing vibes of dusk the views are excellent if one goes by boat ride. These backwaters merge with the adjoining sea during monsoons. (The boat ride costs Rs.1000 for 1-hour package on a small motorboat - can seat around 6-8. packages available also for 20 mins, 40 mins, etc. at lower cost).

#GoldenIsand little bit outer from Varkala filled with backwaters is such a eye-soothing location, to reach the golden island, from the mainland one has to travel in the small traditional boat which will cost around Rs. 600 to reach the location.
