Puff pastry 2 lb/1 kg

Divide into squares approximately 0.6 inches/1.5 cm
Place the puff pastry on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet
4 Eggs
Salt
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
All purpose flour 1/2 cup (60 g)
Milk 4 cups (1 liter)
Sugar 1 cup (7 oz/200 g)
Pour the egg-flour mixture
Simmer the custard over low heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil
Butter 2 oz (60 g)
Stir until the butter is dissolved
Set aside a small portion of puff pastry for decoration
In the refrigerator for 4 hours
