Man accused of setting fire to Delhi apartment building where estranged wife was living

Описание: CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A man accused of trying to set fire to the apartment building where his estranged wife was living appeared in court Monday.

Police say David Russell, 44, used gas and paper towels to light a fire in the basement of the building on Delhi Avenue near Roebling on Saturday. A wooden skid, drywall and mason block were all scorched. There were no reported injuries.

Russell faces six counts of aggravated arson. The judge ordered him held on a $300,000 bond. The judge also barred Russell from having any contact with his estranged wife or anyone in the building.
