I bought this house last year and felt like it was finished at 200/400 items, but this year my guild had a seasonal decorating contest, so I decided to see if I could max out the furnishings this time.
My personal name for this house is Herbalist's Hut--I was going for a "good witch" kind of atmosphere. I'm not sure if I like the central paving stones mosaic (feedback welcome!), but I think I'm pretty pleased with it overall. It was a lot of fun to decorate, and I think the 400 item limit actually works here!
I've also already recorded a walkthrough of Orbservatory Prior that I'll upload soon, but I decided this house was more seasonally appropriate. :D
