He's also the founder and co-director of the UCSF Center for Advanced 3D+ Technologies. This team creates 3D models that teach parents and patients about upcoming surgeries and also help surgeons see details of complicated cases. Using the 3D models allow our surgeons to get the best information possible in order to get the best surgical outcomes.
