Meet the female team of the famous HEBA (the food of the revolution), Banting Blvd., and Happy Being Co. We chat to founder Gail Van Niekerk as well as the Brand & Financial Manager, Lizanne Van Niekerk, about their journey of growth. Banting Blvd is a Cape Town-based company, established to bring real convenience to followers of the Banting lifestyle. They have developed their own range of Banting basics and convenient premixes. Banting Blvd. believes in delicious, nutritious products that are simple to make and offer great value, making healthy living more accessible for consumers in South Africa.

HEBA is a low-carb flour alternative, used in place of grains or flour when cooking or baking, or as a porridge or pap.

New to Banting Blvd. is The Happy Being Co. supply collagen blends and premixes, which are never be diluted with hidden nasties but instead flavoured up with natural, superfood ingredients that enhance the nutritional benefits of collagen, not take away from them. Not only this, but they now offer #Vegan and #glutenfree premixes to provide for more than just the #banting lifestyle.
