Paul Skenes is the top two-way player in the 2023 draft class and had a breakout freshman campaign with Air Force in 2021 when he hit over .400 with 11 home runs and also showed an upper-90s fastball on the mound. He transferred to Louisiana State for the 2023 season and has legitimate pro potential on both sides of the ball.
