Documents required to apply for an Access Card*
Priority Card: for disabled guests (anyone who is officially registered as disabled).
Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Attendance Allowance award letter (AA) all dated within the last 12 months.
Personal Independence Payment letter (PIP) dated within the last 12 months.
A current and valid Blue Badge
Letter from General Practitioner (GP) or consultant, signed and stamped (dated within the last 12 months) confirming the need for a full time carer or certifying that the person has a permanent disability.
This does not need to be a letter of diagnosis.

Easy Access Card: for guests with a temporary illness and for expectant mothers.
Letter from General Practitioner (GP) or consultant, signed and stamped (dated within the last 12 months) certifying that the person has a temporary illness or is pregnant.

And what about when you would like to meet Disney Characters when you have a priority or an Easy access card?
When you have an priority card you can walk up to a cast member and make a reservation. You will get a return time. At that certain time you will meet the Disney character as soon as possible. There are limited time slots per character / per day.

Did you know that at “Meet Mickey Mouse” there is a special disability entrance? To enter you can ring Mickey’s doorbell

The Easy access card works like a fast pass. Because there is no fast pass possible at Character meet & greets the easy access card unfortunately isn’t valid for meeting the characters

What is the best way to get around and about in the Disneyland parks? Well, you don’t need to figure this out by yourself. Disneyland Paris made special accessibility map. There is one for the Disneyland Park and another for wat Disney studios. You can get the physical maps in the park (for example when you pick up your Priority or Easy access card) but you can also get the park maps online. We will put a link in the description below.
Besides the best accessible routes for wheelchairs, there’s so much more information on these maps. For example if a ride is save for when you’re pregnant, have back problems or when you are visually or hearing impaired. For wheelchairs there often is a special wheelchair cart at some of the rides or they made some extra room for you at shows (often these are the best seats to see the show!)

At Disneyland Paris, guests with disabilities want to experience the same fun, excitement and emotions as able-bodied visitors.
