The ETEA CBT Phase 2 merit list has raised serious concerns among teaching job candidates across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. In this video, we explain the key issues related to unplaced candidates and surplus teachers after the release of the Phase 2 merit list.

Many districts had all vacant teaching posts filled during ETEA CBT Phase 1, yet Phase 2 exams were still conducted for PST, CT, PT, and DM posts. This has created confusion and uncertainty for candidates who qualified in Phase 2 but currently see no available vacancies.

The video also highlights the surplus candidate problem in populated union councils, where qualified candidates exceed available posts, while backward areas within the same district still have vacant positions.
