Being a construction lawyer, Matt represents mostly contractors. He says the disputes he works on could be anything on the front end from construction financing, getting building permits, and working with a local regulatory agency on environmental issues to drafting the contract documents that go between the owner, the architect, the bank, and the contractor. Then there are the matters that occur during projects when things go wrong.
