Henning Stille Berg is a Norwegian football manager and former player who played as a defender. He is the Head Coach of the Cypriot First Division club Omonoia FC.

His career spanned from 1988 to 2004, most notably in the Premier League where he won a number of trophies with both Blackburn Rovers and Manchester United, becoming the first player to win the Premier League with two different clubs. He also played in his country for Vålerenga and Lillestrøm. He finished his career in the Scottish Premier League with Rangers. He was capped 100 times by Norway, scoring nine goals.

Henning Berg became a manager in 2005 with Lyn and then Lillestrøm. He returned to Blackburn as a manager in 2012 but was sacked after just 57 days in the post, overseeing 10 games including only one victory. In January 2014, he became the new coach of Legia Warsaw where he won the Championship and the Cup before he moved to Hungary as manager of Videoton. He returned to Norway to manage Stabaek and then was hired in 2019 by Omonoia FC finishing first in the league and qualifying for the first time in the club’s history in the Europa League Group stages.
