The Canadian Province of Nova Scotia may be small, but punches its weight as a popular tourist destination. In addition to fresh seafood, another great reason to visit is the many lighthouses you will see.
And one road trip that is easily accessible that starts in Halifax is the Lighthouse Route. Although there are tour guides that takes you to Peggy's Cove Lighthouse, others are not so accessible. Therefore, driving is a necessity.
