✨THE WORKOUT: 35-Minute Full Body Strength + Boxing Workout (Strength + Cardio)✨

► INSTRUCTIONS:
✔️3 Circuits (each circuit has a 3-minute lower body strength block and a 3-5-minute upper body boxing block)
✔️Timed Intervals for Strength Moves (30 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest) x2 Sets
✔️A Variety of Sequenced Combos In Each Boxing Circuit (flowing directly from one move to the next; no repeats)

1) Uneven Squat R/L
2) 3 Pulse Split Lunge Option Add Knee Drive R/L

2) 3 Lateral Squats into Lateral Lunge
