Testing the output of my Mighty Ramp SSTC at different humidity levels. I noticed the output was really weak and branching compared to the long, straight arcs I was getting a month ago. The relative humidity is around 22% in Alaska. Increasing the humidity in the room greatly improved the arc straightness and overall length, allowing the coil to hit the 30" plate located above the coil.
The coil is running on 120VAC with a level shifter for 340VDC. Same BPS, primary height, and voltage for each run.
