In this video we show how we designed and produced the 50 MPa glittering cost-effective concrete for a new pavement factory in North Vietnam using local stone wastes and low grade cement. The factory produces pavement tiles.
The customer asked us to design high strength concrete with the lowest possible production price for his raw materials.
We cancelled natural sand, reduced some cement content and designed the formulation which you can see in the video. The price for materials is less than 650 000 vnd/m3. Which makes the price for 1 m2 equal to 0,85 usd.
The unmolding process is quite easy with Rheocore concrete. There is no need to use any sorts of oils or lubricants for molds.
Tiles have glittering surface right after unmolding. There is no additional surface processing required.
We DID NOT use any heat and moisture treatment, the curing process was in normal conditions.
