Over the years, I’ve been able to visit the final resting places of all the Tudor queens consort and regnant. It’s a very moving experience to stand close to the mortal remains of these remarkable women and reflect on their lives and stories. This little video shows the burial places of the six women who married Henry VIII. In case you’re wondering, Elizabeth of York is also buried at Westminster Abbey, as are Mary I and Elizabeth I. Lady Jane Grey is buried alongside, among other notable Tudor figures, Anne Boleyn and Catherine Howard in the Chapel Royal of St Peter ad Vincula at the Tower of London.
