Muraqiba Kya Hai?
Muraqiba ek roohani aur sufiyana amal hai jismein banda apne dil aur zehan ko Allah ki yaad (Zikr) mein mashgool karta hai. Yeh tasawwuf (Sufism) ka aik ahem hissah hai, jiska maqsad apni rooh ko behtar banana, Allah se qurbat hasil karna aur apne andar sukoon paida karna hai.
Muraqiba Kaise Kiya Jata Hai?
Shant Jagah Chunein – Aisi jagah jahan koi shor sharaba na ho aur aap araam se dhyan laga sakein.
Aaramdayak Mudra Apnayein – Palathi maar kar ya kursi par seedha baithain.
Aankhein Band Karein – Taake dimaag bhatakay nahi aur andar ka tajurba mehsoos ho sake.
Saans Par Tawajju Dein – Dheere dheere gehri saans lein aur nikalain taake dimaag shaant ho.
Allah Ka Zikr Karein – Dil se ya halke awaaz mein "Allah", "La ilaha illallah", ya "Subhan Allah" ka zikr karein.
Tasawwur Karein (Tawajju Dena) – Mehsoos karein ke Allah ki roshni aapke dil ko roshan kar rahi hai aur aap Allah ki yaad mein kho rahe hain.
Khayalon Ko Bhattakne Na Dein – Agar soch kahin aur chali jaye to aram se wapas Allah ki yaad ki taraf le aayein.
Waqt Barhayein – Shuruat mein 5-10 minute karein, phir dheere dheere is waqt ko barhayein.
Muraqiba Ke Faiday
✔ Roohani qurbat (Allah se nazdeeki) hasil hoti hai
✔ Dil aur zehan ko sukoon milta hai
✔ Zikr ki aadat mazboot hoti hai
✔ Fikr aur tension kam hoti hai
✔ Ikhlas (Khalis irada) aur Tawakkul (Allah par bharosa) barhta hai
Agar rozana Muraqiba kiya jaye to insaan ki roohani haalat behtar hoti hai, aur wo zyada mutmain aur pur-sukoon mehsoos karta hai.
