There are three different kinds of Chocolate Truffles. One truffle variety is simply rolled into a ball and dusted with cocoa powder. The second type of truffle is similar, but rolled in crushed nuts. The third type is encased in a shell of hard dark chocolate, and that's the type of truffle I show you how to make in this video recipe. Making chocolate truffles is actually really easy, with only two ingredients, but the results are very impressive.
