Abu Toha Muhammad Adnan is a popular Bangladeshi Islamic speaker, known for his deep knowledge, unique presentation style, and influence among the young generation. He was born in Rangpur District, Bangladesh. His father’s name is Rafiqul Islam and mother’s name is Azefa Begum. After the death of his father, he grew up in his maternal grandparents’ house. From an early age, Adnan showed keen interest in religion and also loved playing cricket.

He completed his schooling at Lions School and College, Rangpur. Later he studied Philosophy at Carmichael College, where he obtained both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. Alongside secular education, he pursued Islamic studies at Jamia Salafia Madrasa in Rangpur. His balanced understanding of both religious and modern education helped him develop a unique speaking style that connects easily with modern audiences.

Abu Toha Adnan began preaching Islam through public speeches and social media. His lectures cover the signs of Qiyamah, the story of Dajjal, moral decay, and contemporary challenges of Muslims. His YouTube and Facebook lectures gained huge popularity for their simplicity, logic, and emotional appeal.

In 2018, he won a competition titled Alokito Gyani, which brought him national attention. However, he also faced criticism from some scholars for his bold opinions. In June 2021, he mysteriously went missing while traveling to Dhaka. After eight days, police found him in Gaibandha, which sparked public discussion about his disappearance.

Adnan has two wives — Habiba Nur and Sabikun Nahar Sara, and two children. Despite controversies, he remains one of Bangladesh’s most discussed Islamic figures. His speeches continue to inspire many toward knowledge, faith, and moral reform, making him a leading voice of contemporary Islamic preaching in Bangladesh.
