I traveled to South Korea and yes, Hongdae nightlife is insane! I went to a few tourist spots my first couple days there and on my last full day I experienced the night clubs of Hongdae, Seoul. It was so much fun. Started out at Thursday party bar then Ibizi and then NB2. I've never been to a city where the clubs close at 10am or later in the morning! I stayed out till 7am and there were still people waiting in line to go into another club.
I live out here in Chiangmai Thailand, so it was nice to see a different night life scene for a change! I'll definitely be back to South Korea.
