Would you go hike in Turkey next winter?! Here is why you should! - Thru-hike Europe LOG#32

Описание: We have definitely left the mountains and we had to hike a few dozen of kilometers in the flat land in Bulgaria. From Sliven at the foot of the Great Balkan mountain to the Turkish border, we had a hard time avoiding hiking on the road and had to cross over the fields.
We crossed an endless border post to enter Turkey. No need to tell you how emotional we got crossing this very last border of the trip, after two years!
In Edirne, we welcomed our next guest, Catherine, and made our first steps in Turkey with her. In the little villages around the Strandzha/Yildiz mountains, we discovered the life in the rural Turkey of the Marmara region. In the Dupnica cave, we celebrated the our second trailversary before heading to the flooded forests of Igneada Longoz.
We are 10 days away from Istanbul but we still have so much to tell you that we have to cut this log in half... See you soon
